"I am Tammara, an entrepreneur in the digital marketing, social technology, and enterprise technology space. I have a bachelor’s and master’s degree in computer science and a doctorate in information science. I have held leadership positions in innovative technology, market strategy and business development for corporations, startups, and universities.
After working for many years in corporate and being an entrepreneur, I was blessed enough to team up with Winning Together. With this group of other amazing entrepreneurs, my husband and I have been able to change our lives without compromising our lifestyle. I’ve learned how to work smarter, without working hard and having the same financial success.
I have the privilege of having served on trustee boards of several tech startups and community organizations, including the YMCA, Crosby Scholars, Acres of Hope, Digitize.ai and Dome Beats. I currently serve as board chair for the Advanced Wealth Education Corporation, a nonprofit commercial real estate education program that provides workforce training and financial education to young adults in underserved communities. I am a member of an organization dedicated to empowering corporate leaders to make significant and impactful contributions in the global marketplace and their communities. I have been recognized as one of the Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America and Top 100 Diverse Corporate Leaders in STEM. I currently reside in North Carolina with my husband and two sons. I am an avid sports fan."

"Hi, I’m Sandy. I am a Mom of 4 and a GiGi to 9. Since partnering with Working Together, almost everything about my life is different. I no longer wonder how I am going to make ends meet. I live my life of design.
I own my schedule and work it around my family's busy lives, although my children are no longer little, their lives are still quite busy and something I love still being part of.
I am able to travel when I choose and work when I want, allowing me the best of both worlds!

"Hello, I'm Scott. My wife, Shana, and I have been happily married for almost 21 years. We are blessed to be the parents of four wonderful kids, aged 20, 18, 14, and 9, who bring joy and energy into our home every day. Our family is our greatest treasure, and we strive to create a supportive and loving environment for each other. However, it hasn’t always been sunshine and rainbows. Nine years ago we were negative in our bank account, on welfare and utterly burnt out. We were fed empty promises and on the brink of divorce from the loads of pressure. We were plagued by financial stress, facing challenges, including the constant stress of feeling like a hamster in a wheel and we longed for a change – a life where we could spend more time together and less time worrying about our finances. “Hi, my name is Jill. My husband and I have been married for 34 years. We have one beautiful daughter. I have a passion for helping others achieve their dream life!
My entrepreneurial journey started after I left Corporate America. I graduated from college with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics. My first 10 years after college I got a job and started working my way up the corporate ladder in Engineering & Management roles. I was making a great income but we decided that I should be at home with our daughter. So, I left the corporate world, and income, to become a stay at home mom. I loved being there for my daughter yet I also wanted to contribute to my family’s bottom line.
Contributing to my family’s household income and doing something that would allow me to connect with others, while helping them achieve their financial goals energized me! As I helped more families through Winning Together, This was so fulfilling! I also enjoyed the freedom that this gave me. The freedom to be there with my daughter and the freedom to do as much or as little as I wanted, when I wanted! It was my choice, not someone else’s.
I found a way to create the legacy that I want to leave for my daughter. The dreams I’ve always had, I can now fulfill. I’m Eric, a former Marine Corps pilot turned government project manager. I’ve always had a business-oriented mindset and a talent for working with numbers. Originally from Washington D.C., I hold degrees from Syracuse University, Central Michigan University, and the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. I am committed to giving back to my community and ensuring a bright future for my children.
I’m Tammie, a former Division I athlete. I received a basketball scholarship to Fresno State, transitioned to a successful career in corporate finance while earning an MBA from National University. My decision to venture into entrepreneurship was driven by a desire to motivate and empower others to discover their inner strength while keeping my family a priority.
Together, we are parents to four children, two in college and two in high school. While focusing on raising our children, we had to temporarily set aside some of our entrepreneurial aspirations. Now that our children are older, we have reignited our passion for business endeavors. By partnering with a company that aligns with our values and the Winning Together Community, we have been able to help numerous families achieve personal time and financial independence.
We are convinced that collaborating can boost our achievements. While juggling multiple businesses and projects, we are reminded that while an individual can make rapid advancements alone, together they can attain bigger accomplishments.

"My name is Jason. I’m a husband and a father of five awesome kids. My goal is to help families achieve the elusive work-life balance, achieving time and financial freedom. I realized, after being in the fitness industry for 17 years, that I was just trading hours for dollars and missing out on my kids. I would get to the gym at 5am, before the kids woke up, and get home after 8pm, when the kids were already in bed!
I had no time or freedom! I was able to achieve that, and I want everyone to experience it. I wanted to be part of my kids’ lives. I wanted to have my life first and then my career and have both financial and time freedom and I was able to achieve both.

My husband and I married late in life, and as the saying goes, we were behind the eight ball when it came to buying a home and securing our retirement. We found this business as a plan B to supplement our income. It quickly became a Plan A.

"Hi, I’m Bonnie. When I learned about Winning Together I was newly divorced after 22 years, and my business had shifted because of the economy and model. I had 2 kids in college and my income was slowly dwindling down, not up. It was time to make a change. I was praying for financial stability. I needed to find a way to continue supporting my kids in college, replenish my savings and 401(k), all while still being able to enjoy living the rest of my life.
Winning Together was a different business model than I had been accustomed to, yet it made perfect sense in today’s world.
